The Agronomy Team At Asmus Farm Supply Continues to Grow

Harlan and Amy Asmus are always looking for ways to improve their service and support for their agribusiness clients. Whether that’s through innovative training practices or staffing up to support challenges and demands they find in the field, they have always put the customer first. As the ag industry continues to change, Asmus must always remember to maintain the tradition of excellence that Harvey Asmus started 50 years ago!

With that, we’d like to introduce a few new members of the Asmus Farm Supply team!

Nate Eitzmann – Agronomist, Chemicals Division

Nate joined Asmus Farm Supply in the Fall of 2012 from his agronomy position in eastern Nebraska. He will be rounding out our chemical sales and support division with Harlan and his team.

Cody Wirtjes – Agronomist

Cody Wirtjes started with Asmus Farm Supply in February of 2012 where he was able to see, first hand, the drought conditions and consult directly with Asmus clients on conditioning for challenging production conditions. Cody’s expertise in agronomy has made him a valuable asset to the Asmus team.

Pat Kahler – Executive Assistant

Pat joined the Asmus team in the Summer of 2012 with a broad knowledge of systems administration and support for agribusiness environments. His duties for the Asmus team will cover all administrative needs for the leadership team as well as coordination of communications between the Asmus’ and their wide-reaching sales force and client base.

Considering the challenging drought conditions of 2012 and the needs of our customers, Asmus Farm Supply brought in even more experienced support for our clients and our sales team. With the addition of Nathan, Cody and Pat, the Asmus team rounds out their depth in plant nutrition, chemical administration and sales as well as communications and marketing for our team.

If you have any questions or need input on the upcoming season, please contact Harlan, Amy and the team. They are ready and positioned to help you and your farming business – in any condition!
