Financing Options

Asmus Farm Supply is pleased to provide our customers with financing options through TruChoice from Dupont/Pioneer, Farm Plan through John Deere Credit and Visa/Mastercard credit card payments.  Here is a brief summary of each of the programs offered.  If you have further questions on these options, please feel free to contact us.

TrueChoice

TrueChocie offers financing for Pioneer Hi-Bred Seed, Dupont Crop Protection products and several other selected products.  Eligible crop protection products would be financed at prime -1% from October of 2009 through September of 2010.

Farm Plan

Farm Plan has Special Terms Input Financing that you can use to purchase crop protection products as well as the Regualr Farm Plan Account you might use to buy parts at the local John Deere store.  If you don’t have one of these accounts setup Click Here to go to their website to download an application form.

For 2010, Farm Plan will be offering Prime +7% with payment due December 1, 2010 for any regular chemical purchases at Asmus Farm Supply.

Other special Farm Plan programs for 2010:

For growers that finance their Asgrow or Dekalb seed corn through Farm Plan, you are eligible to finance your Monsanto herbicide products like Harness or Roundup Weathermax for Prime -2% through January 25th, 2010.  After January 25th you would finance at Prime.  Balance due on December of 2010 Farm Plan statement.  Minimum purchase amount of $2,500.  Only 50% of seed volume price may be financend for herbiced purchases.

For growers who buy two (2) or more than BASF products that total more than $10,000 before Febraury 15th, you are eligible for 180 days no payments/no interest via Farm Plan as well.

For growers who buy more than $2,500 of the Syngenta fungicides like Quadris, Quilt and Quilt Xcel, you qualified for 0% financing due December 1, 2010 via Farm Plan.

Credit Card Purchases

We accept both Visa and Mastercard credit cards at our Rake office.  A 4% transaction fee is applied to each credit card purchase.

  1. we need farmers and suppliers that r profitable too help people with small farms and small family farms to be able to get financial help from there larger brother and sister farmers like my stepdaughter who has 28 acres availible but needs financial help 12 acres are in hay production now and if she could get financinig to buy property she could put in crop sweet corn this spring and thenfall crop of summer squash for immeadate income then next year same with crop sweet charlie strawberries in 3g containers for added fall income ive been helping but im laid off union ironworker when im back to work financing wont be a problem this prpoerty wont be avaliable 4 long. mmurphy1949@embarqmail.com . i was winter pant grower for strawberry assoc in plant city fla ,former owner operayer pat and mikes retail/wholesale nurseryin brandon fla was a member ffa horace mann jr high and brandon high.
